1Introduction

Welcome to 3c444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 3c444 ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 3c444 website at https://3c444.ws, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and tools available on the platform.

3c444 is operated by and for the benefit of Pakistani players. By registering an account on 3c444, depositing funds, or participating in any game, tournament, or betting market, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 3c444, you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously had a 3c444 account closed, suspended, or excluded for rule violations.

2.2 One Account Policy

3c444 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each player may hold only one account at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended immediately. Funds held in fraudulently created accounts will be forfeited. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number (where required for KYC), mobile number, and nominated payment method — is accurate and kept current. 3c444 will rely on the information you provide when processing withdrawals and verifying your identity. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your username or password with any other person. We will investigate and take appropriate protective action. 3c444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3Age Verification & KYC

3c444 takes its obligations regarding underage gaming extremely seriously. All players are required to verify their age before any withdrawal is processed. Standard KYC documentation accepted by 3c444 includes a valid Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani passport, or a B-Form for players under 21 accompanied by a guardian's CNIC.

In addition to age verification, enhanced due diligence may be required for withdrawals above Rs 25,000, accounts showing unusual transaction patterns, or accounts flagged during routine compliance reviews. Enhanced KYC documentation may include recent bank statements, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• Your account must have passed KYC verification.

The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account in PKR, with zero deductions on the 3c444 side. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to your nominated local payment method.

5Bonuses & Promotions

3c444 runs a weekly calendar of promotions including the welcome package, Monday cashback, Friday poker reload, Sunday Ludo freeroll, football accumulator boosts, and various seasonal and one-off offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms governing eligibility, opt-in requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum conversion limits. 5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet within your 3c444 account, clearly distinct from your real-money balance.
• Real-money balances can be withdrawn at any time. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds are only transferable to the real-money balance once wagering requirements are fully met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a bonus's wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. The real-money deposit balance remains fully withdrawable.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 3c444 reserves the right to void and recover bonus funds and winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including (but not limited to) low-risk staking strategies designed to clear wagering without genuine risk, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and using VPNs or proxies to claim geo-restricted offers.
• The maximum withdrawal from winnings generated on a free bet or free spins bonus is Rs 50,000 per promotion unless a higher specific limit is stated in the promotion's own terms.

5.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

• Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher: 100%
• Slots and arcade games: 100%
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, live dealer): 20%
• Poker cash game rake: 100% (for poker-specific bonuses only)

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 3c444 — covering football, cricket, esports, and other markets — is governed by the following general rules. Product-specific rules (including detailed settlement procedures for each sport) are published in the Rules section of the sportsbook and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets placed in error before confirmation can be cancelled within 30 seconds using the bet slip cancel function. After 30 seconds, or once odds have been confirmed in your account history, the bet is binding.

6.2 Void Bets

Bets will be voided (stakes returned) in the following circumstances: the event is postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start; the match is abandoned before a result can be determined; the market was offered in error at clearly incorrect odds; both teams/players are confirmed to have agreed to an artificial result (match fixing). In accumulator bets, voided legs are removed and the accumulator recalculated on remaining legs.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on 3c444 are updated in real time. Where a live bet is placed and accepted but the underlying event has already concluded before acceptance, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. Odds may be suspended at any time during live play — this is a normal function of live trading and does not constitute cancellation of an event or market.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

The maximum single-bet payout on the 3c444 sportsbook is Rs 5,000,000. Accumulator and combination bets have a combined maximum payout of Rs 10,000,000. 7Casino & Ludo Rules

7.1 Certified Random Number Generator

Outcome sequences are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous outcomes, player account history, or any external factor. 7.2 Game Malfunction

7.3 Ludo Tournaments

Ludo tournaments at 3c444 — including the Sunday guaranteed freeroll and any buy-in events — operate under specific tournament rules published in the tournament lobby before registration opens. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started. Prize pools are paid as stated in the tournament description. 3c444 reserves the right to cancel a tournament before it starts if insufficient registrations are received, in which case all entry fees are returned in full.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and live dealer tables are hosted by professional third-party studio providers. 3c444 streams and presents these games but the underlying game rules and outcomes are governed by the provider's certified platform. In the event of a dealer error or studio technical issue, the provider's own resolution procedure applies, and 3c444 will implement that resolution faithfully in your account.

8Esports Betting Rules

Esports betting on 3c444 covers PUBG Mobile, CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends, Mobile Legends, and other titles as added from time to time. All general sports betting rules in Section 6 apply to esports markets. The following additional rules apply specifically to esports.

8.1 Match Postponement

If an esports match is postponed, bets remain open for 24 hours from the original scheduled start time. If the match begins within that window, all bets stand. If the match does not begin within 24 hours of its original scheduled time, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.

8.2 Map / Game Abandonment

If an individual map or game within an esports series is abandoned before a result is determined (due to technical failure, player dropout, organiser decision, or any other reason), that specific map/game market is voided. Series markets (match winner, number of maps) continue to be settled based on the series result as determined by the tournament organiser, including any technical win awarded by the organiser.

8.3 Roster Changes

All bets stand regardless of roster changes announced or occurring after bet placement. It is the bettor's responsibility to check team rosters before placing bets. 3c444 does not void bets on the basis of unannounced substitutions unless the organiser rules the match result void, in which case 3c444 follows that ruling.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3c444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account on 3c444.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through low-risk staking, arbitrage across markets, or systematic patterns designed to clear wagering without genuine risk.
• Collusion: Any form of coordinated play between players in poker, Ludo tournaments, or other competitive game formats to manipulate outcomes for mutual benefit.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or money to another player's account in poker or Ludo.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks for deposits that have been played. Filing fraudulent chargebacks is a criminal matter and will be reported to payment providers and relevant authorities.
• Money laundering: Using 3c444 to process, conceal, or transfer funds from any unlawful source. 3c444 has strict AML monitoring in place and is required by its operating obligations to report suspicious transactions.
• Hacking and system exploitation: Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the 3c444 platform, RNG, or live odds system.
• Use of bots or automated betting software: Placing bets or playing games using any automated system, bot, or script without prior written authorisation from 3c444.
• Misrepresentation of identity: Registering or verifying an account in a name other than your own, using forged documents, or assuming another person's identity.

10Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 3c444's Rights

3c444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, 3c444 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 3c444 account at any time by contacting support at support@3c444.ws. Before closure, ensure that all open bets are settled and any pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can apply for a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or full self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support.
